Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days, but we also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Site. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We do not refund shipping fees, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
