We will make information available to you about our policies and practices with respect to the management of your Personal Information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made on the same day as the appointment, the fee will be 100% of the service cost. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, the fee will be 50% of the service cost. Appointments that are cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur any fees. We appreciate your understanding and value your business.
