  • Why aren't my lash extensions staying on?
Lash extensions are a delicate craft and require delicate care. Daily cleansing of the lash line to remove the natural oils that our bodies produce plus any makeup, dirt, sweat and debris is highly recommended for optimal lash retention. Only touch your lash extensions with a lash brush (looks like a disposable mascara wand) and avoid tugging or pinching lashes with your fingers. It's also recommended to sleep on your back, use a silk pillow case and avoid direct contact with water in the shower. Lastly, if you take a swim in the pool, ocean or have a nice long cry like us girlies need to do on occasion, you must clean off the chemicals / salt from the lash line otherwise they'll feel like a crusty mess :)
